Made her think jewelry by Meredith Kahn (the label is an anagram of her name) is our latest addition to the shop and we are beyond excited. Known for it's use of iconic imagery such as skulls, talons and pyramids, MHT jewelry is beautiful and timeless. I can't wait to get my hands on the double widows peak chain ring. Several pieces are available for pre-order now and more will be available soon.

update: Due to complications with another online store Lindsey Thornburg will no longer be available at La Dama. We were both very excited to work together and Lindsey appreciated the love and enthusianm that La Dama had showed her. You'd think in this business it was up to the designers who they want to work with, but unfortunately it's not. Before this happened I had posted about a top secret mini version of the Totem dress that Lindsey sent out to us, it was very hard to mail those dresses back but I got a few snapshots before sending them off and i'll share those with you guys in the next post. This has been a huge bummer, but Lindsey is an amazing, sweet, ispirational person that hopefully we can work with in the future.

Right now we are so excited about Made Her Think Jewelry (I checked the stocklist after the Lindsey situation and we should be good) and packages are arriving daily with beautiful new items for fall!

Lindsey Thornburg

Lindsey Thornburg grew up in Colorado, studied philosophy, and oh yeah, makes fucken amazing clothes. Her fall 2010 line consists of highwaist crochet flair pantalones, floor length gowns and of course her famous cloaks, including my favorite:San Miguel. Lindsey influences range from Frida Kahlo to Native American Folklore.
